Review von crunkkchloee / tha:

ok so i just got back at like 11 20pm and the concert ended around 10 15 ish.

BUT
here's how it all started for me....
my friends and i got at the HOB at like 9 45 am and i was number 100! yay. i was amazed at how many ppl were already there! so then i waited until 12 30 pm until i got into the pass the line thing because it was going REALLY slow. then we all waited in line until the concert started. i think i met Dellara there [btw, i was RIGHT in front of you in line and i was the girl who said my moms name is "Dilara" too! ahahha] and these two other guys who got in line right next to me 15 min before the show because the girls in front of us posted a question on yahoo asking if some ppl over 16 can get them in, which guarantee them a place in line. but i digress....

but anyways, they told us NOOOO cameras, but i snuck mine in. the stupid security guard just asked "do you have a camera?" and all i had to say was "no" and i got in even though they had metal detectors on us. [these ppl were crazy!]. but apparently, a lot of ppl were cutting the lines and stuff, so they had extra security.

aghhh so i was in the 4th row when i got in on tom's side and i was SOOOO squished! ppl kept pushing and pushing. and this girls mom who was in the 2nd row, who was a serious crazy "Geschöpf" [sorry!], kept pushing all of us back so when security came over, we all pointed to her and was like "get her out!" but they wouldnt get her out! so all of us got stuck with this crazy/drunk/high lady who was yelling and causing fights. and this one girl behind me before the concert started pushed my friend out of the way, so i lost her until the concert ended. it was horrible! seriously guys, this was the worst ive EVER seen. ive never felt so suffocated in my life! but then i met up with these really nice girls and was talking to this girl who had never gone to a TH concert. haha she had so much fun!

but here's to the good stuff:
it started and EVERYONE went crazy. i think you all know what the boys were wearing... bill in red [already wore it in another concert], tom in the "HATER" hat and black and white tee, gustav and georg in almost the same outfit lol. but man the fans were nuts! all they did was push so i manuvered myself into the second row by the second song because the spot i was in was awful. in that bad spot, i couldnt see anything cause there was a tall person in front of me and everyone kept swaying back and forth during "love is dead". and i was so mad i didnt get to enjoy the beginning of it. but when i got in the second row, i was RIGHT in front of tom. we made eye contact so many times, and then bill sang to me once. and this one time i blew a kiss to tom and smiled and did a really cute gesture, he kinda shrugged and put his head on his shoulder and smiled to me. soooo cute! i was SO happy. he was really happy during the concert cause he always smiled a lot [and i have REALLY good pictures of him smiling!!] they all looked really happy! tom did the guitar humping, but on georgs side so i barely saw it. but of what i saw...damn, all i can say is that i wish i was that guitar!! lol and when tom threw his pic, I TOUCHED IT. i was so happy lol. well anyways, they did like two encores: one of 'rescue me', then 'durch den monsun'.

so after they finished, they all splashed water and stuff, and gustav threw one of his drumsticks and my friend ALMOST got it. but the guy next to her caught it. and the girl right next to me got one of their pics, so i held it and took a picture of it.

so pretty much, waiting in line for 10 hrs is deff worth it cause i had an amazing time. its only my second TH concert, but i had sooo much fun. i would do it all over again!
ill post pictures and videos tomorrow because my camera ran out of battery so its charging!
i have AMAZING videos because i was reallly close to the stage. like i could almost touch them!

BTW PLEASE FANS GOING TO THE NEXT TH CONCERT!!
please please please dont push. its not fun, and it doesnt get you anywhere. its just so damn annoying and youre just bothering other people.
thankss

cant wait to see more reviews!

Review von THpitcher, tha:

okay my review is gonna be short, to the point, and will contain lots of spelling/grammatical errors

so i got there at like 500 and we did the pass the line shindig. so worth it! they finally opened the doors at like 730 and by the time i got in the standing room was so crowded i was at the waaay back next to the bar.

they took so long to come on, and they teased us SO MUCH by flashing the curtains open and sticking limbs out... but they finally came on at like 9ish. somehow within the first 3 songs i made it to the front, like 2 people from the barricade. i must credit my hockey coach for that feat- it took some muscle!

during the concert- well the curtain got caught on break away. it was hilarious! bill just kept singing like nothin was wrong. and so many people threw stuff on stage it was annoying and this black thing- maybe it was a shirt? actually hit bill. he was totally like whatever. then of course there were bill-tom interactions that made all the fangirls get woozy although bills outfit was enough to make me short of air (a RED CHAIN. only he could pull that off.)

and i got toms water bottle cap and my friend got a piece of bills towel. i think it smells like sweat with a touch of makeup but she says its bleach... and of course during the concert i got drenched in water multiple times!

okay nvm about this being a short reveiw! but the best part? eye sex from bill. 5 times. break away, ready set go, raise your hands together, monsoon, durch den monsun. what that man does with his eyebrows should be ILLEGAL

Review von Wampykitty, tha:

Finally home and put my feet up in the hopes that feeling will return before...maybe Friday. Getting out of that place was a all honked up. But all totally worth it. Here are some thoughts:

Spending hours in line was like viewing a retrospective of Bill Hair Through the Years. DDM days through current were being sported by various fan boys and girls. We finally got in and got spots on the right side of the floor...hanging like spideyfans off the barrier railing. Was a great spot for a shorty like me and my sister is 6 feet tall so she was on the other side of the rail looking over my head. There was a curtain glitch in the beginning so our side couldn't see Georg at all for first part of Break Away. They pulled the curtain out of the way until they could get it unhooked from the rigging at the top. Some guy had to practically hang from the ceiling to try and get it fixed...that job had to suck.

Bill = Beautiful! He had on black pants with the zipper all the way up the inseam and black leather strip down the outside. Red leather studded blingy belt. I thought he had two sets of suspenders on, one down and one up but the down one was red and may have just been chains with red in them. The "up" suspenders he took off on like the 2nd or 3rd song because they were falling off - they were wider than the ones he usually wears I think - all black as I recall but he didn't have them on long so I'm not sure. He sure knows how to accessorize - chains, rings, choker etc. Red and black graphic T. No jacket. He's crazy good looking...and very charismatic on stage.

Tom was in jeans, black tshirt with big huge white "something" on the front - couldn't ever figure out what it was. Hater hat. Also, oozing all kinds of...hotness or energy or something. hard to describe. He and Bill look like they are having a GOOD TIME when they are onstage - enjoying the crowd and interacting with the other guys in the band. I do think he looked at me once but I'm pretty sure not in the usual checking people out way, more because it was during Raise Your Hands and he was on the same side of the stage as Georg (i.e. closer to where we were than his usual spot) and he was trying to get people to sing along and, well, ability to be able to sing along apparently turned off in my brain when he was within close viewing range. So I wasn't singing along, not even close. I was just staring really. So he probably only glanced at me to figure out if I was, uh, mentally deficient or or otherwise incapable of following "sing along" instructions. Which I pretty much was at that point.

Gustav DID have shorts on. I just couldn't see legs so I was guessing pants. Sorry for causing a Pants Rumor that was not true. I was finally was able to see KNEES...so it was shorts. He had an Affliction TShirt on.

Georg had, uh, stuff on. Honestly, that way that guy was working his hair just took the outfit details right out of my head. And his hair wasn't completely straight...had a slight wave to it. He also works his bass pretty well...if people are looking for "guitar humpage" they really ought to pay more attention to what is happening on Georg's side of the stage...and that's all I'm going to say about that.

Ahhh, I'm tired and brain is overloaded and we've got to get on the road tomorrow to Vegas. I read back through the thread...sounds like things got a little medieval or something. wacky. I'll add more later if I think of anything or if additional TH mezmerized brain cells return to full functionality and I can think better.

Hier ist das Mail meiner amerikanischen TH-Freundin Cari, das mich heute erreicht hat...... hab fast geheult, als ich es gelesen habe..... *schnief*....

We missed you so much in Anaheim.

The show was amazing, although they came on 55 minutes later than they were
scheduled. There were fans from Mexico and Sweden and I think I saw a flag
from Italy too. We were right at the front with Georg. I got his guitar
pick but I gave it to Shia (Omi, the girl with pink hair) because she is
totally in love with him.

Bill now has a microphone that has two rows of rhinestones (diamonds) round
it, I wanted him to throw that to me!!!!!

Did you know Tobi is now personal security to the boys, Saki no longer works
with them. They fired VSD and now have only Tobi with them. No photos
allowed at House of Blues concerts, they are very strict about that :(

Tomorrow is the Vegas show, so very excited about that. And then next week
I go to Houston for that show. Oh I send you a link for photos from the San
Francisco show

I have all three shows on DVD if you need that, I can probably put them in
AVI (DivX) format and upload it to YouSendIt if you want.

Will tell you all about OUR show here in Vegas as soon as I can. I wish you
were here, Vegas is FUN! Especially if you're over 21. Poor boys, most of
them cannot gamble here or even be on the casino floor. I hope to get two
birthday cakes for the Houston show since it's the last one here and just
before their birthdays.

There is a rumor they will be back here in October and will also perform at
the MTV VMAs Will keep you posted.

Lotsa love

Cari

Review von BananaAna, tha:

Okay kind of late but here's my review. I'm going to skip the waiting in line because nothing special happened. Some girls where saying that Bill and Gustav had been hanging out in the outside balcony around 3pm but I don't know if that's true. Also as I was walking around looking completely lost I ended up hearing something that caught my ear. A girl, about 20-something, walked up to a security guard that was standing right in front of me and asked to be let in. She told him that she was from the boy's label and was there to interview them. I was this close to telling her to take me with her (as if she would ).

So after waiting in line for a couple of hours, we're finally let in. I end up close to the little bar that was in the back, kind of in the middle of the floor (in think it was a bar). So we're all waiting and everybody is just talking and chilling for the moment. Everything was okay except for the fact that there was this couple, one person away from me, that would just keep making out on the floor . They kept like swinging from side to side and they kept on pushing everyone. They kept on knocking into the girl in front of me, which in turn means that she kept on knocking into me. So after they did this a couple of times, the girl told them to knock it off and I don' know what else (wasn't paying attention XD). Everyone around them started talking s*** about how there were a lot of hotels around and that nobody wanted to see them licking each other faces off ( not the exact words but you get the gist of it ). Apart from that everything was good

The guys kept on teasing us before the concert by showing their hands or moving the curtains. Right before the concert started, they started moving the curtains a lot and everyone just went nuts. Me included XD.

And then the curtain dropped.

I was completely startruck. I was just in shock. I could not believe that they were standing in front of me. I couldn't believe that we were in the same place. I was just like wow.

But I had to get it together quick because a split second later, the pushing started. It was crazy, I ended up slamming into the girl in front of me. There was a problem with the curtain on Georg's side which kept most of us from being able to see him for the beginning of the first song. I think at one point, Bill's mic had a little problem, I'm not sure. I couldn't hear what he was singing, but I don't know if that was because of the mic or because of the screaming or something else.

After the third song I was completely soaked in sweat (eww). It was so hot in there and so hard to breathe. Not to mention everyone was packed in there like sardines so it was harder to breathe. At the beginning of the concert I decided to take out my cell and take pictures with it even if the pictures looked crappy, I'd still have a little something . I raised both my arms up and could not put them down for the rest of the concert XD it was just so packed. I was sweating bullets and I felt so nasty. And then I looked at Tom and Bill and saw that they were sweating too. May I say major .

I didn't even try to fight the pushing (except for a few), I just went with it and I have no idea how, but I somehow ended up really close to the stage. Like 3 rows away (if there had been rows XD).

Tom looked... amazing. I won't write down what he was wearing since I think you girls already have an idea (and I suck at descriptions), but wow. It was just, wow. No words. He was just oozing this confidence and this, this aaah! I don't know how to explain it, but the boy looked DAMN GOOD!

Georg looked like he had a bad hair day, and yet he still managed to look smoking hot
My brother looooved how he played the bass. And to see his muscly self so close was like a very, very, strong brain-freeze. A very, very, strong and enjoyable brain-freeze

Gustav looked adorable. I don't know why, but I think the boy is just made of adorableness XD. He's like a big teddy bear and he looked like he was completely concentrated on his drums. At some point, Tom went up to him and they both looked at each other and gave each other these adorable smiles. I just went on complete fangirl mode when I saw that XD

Bill. No words. When I first saw him I just froze. It was a complete shock to my system to see him in person. To see him singing and dancing around on the stage was just amazing. He looked amazing. His outfit was That boy knows how to work the stage. I swear when he smiles it makes you want to scream louder, and sing louder just to see him smile again. You can really tell he loves what he does. And his smiles are so sincere and he looks almost as excited to be there performing for us, as we are to see them perform.

All in all the concert was great. I was close to falling a couple of times, but thankfully I didn't. A couple of girls in front of me did though. I got to touch Bill's towel! I would have gotten a piece of it (it ended up being ripped off into like 5 pieces), I was holding unto it for dear life, but at one point my hand got caught in it and my fingers got stuck and it ended up being pretty painful and my fingers started to get twisted. I got scared that one of my fingers would break, because the way they were pulling it was just that hard. I decided that it wasn't worth a trip to the doctor and let it go (after much painful pulling and someone taking pity on my poor fingers and helping me get my fingers off of it). The G's got me with their water, it felt sooooo good because it was so hot in there and the water was soooo fresh and cold XD

I got to meet a lot of people, most of them were nice. Except for a few, but bleh them. I even got to meet TBZK in person and I met up with Dellara briefly. There was a girl with a THA shirt in front of me, but I didn't go up and talk to her 'cuz I thought maybe she would be like "wtf?"

The concert was AMAZING. The boys were perfect, my view was perfect and everything was perfect. I ended up being covered in sweat from like 20 different people but it was completely worth it. And even though my brother said that the concert "was okay" I know he loved it too. I mean come on! he wanted to go look for the tour bus or something so that we could see them and ask for autographs or so that we could meet them up close and he now wants to go to Las Vegas to go see them perform. If that doesn't spell fanboy I don't know what does. I know he fell in love with them even though he tries to deny it XD He even swears that Bill pointed to him twice during, I think "Scream". My brother was all the way in the back and by himself and he says he was just chillin' and something happened that made him smile and he looked up and saw Bill and he swears they made eye contact and that Bill saw that he wasn't singing so he pointed at him and moved his hand to his ear, and my brother was like "wha..?" and that the he did it again. I saw Bill do that twice, but I thought he meant for the crowd in general, not my brother XD. He probably did and my brother was having a I-think-Bill-looked-at-me-and-it-completely-changed-my-life moment XD.

Wow, I just saw how long this is. Kudos to anyone who reads the whole thing. This was my first TH concert and I am so glad that everything went okay. Everything was just perfect.

magaroni n cheese, tha:

OK. i know this review is coming late and you've already got a bazillion, but i was tired to the point of nausea last night (no joke) so i had to go to sleep. heres my review:

so we got to the venue around 4:30, 5ish, i was with THpitcher and katiecakesTH so they could tell you better than me. we got into the pass the line thing, which was already uber-long, but most definitely worth it. we waited for maybe 2 hours, really good compared to everyone else (aka the smart people) but FINALLY the line started to move forward. they took katiecakeTH's camera, but it was ok cuz she said she could enjoy the concert more that way. so we're finally in the venue. and the pit is TINY, no joke. smaller than the avalon, which i thought was really small to begin with. we squished into the back and waited.and waited. and WAITED. for about an hour. they were playing songs and music videos on tvs and over the speakers, every time a song would end we'd start screaming.
FINALLY the screens all went blue, and they filmed the crowd (i saw myself, heehee.). the lights went black and naturally we all got hysterical. And then?
the curtain dropped. and there they WERE.
there is no way to describe how the band looks in person. its one thing to see them in a high-def photo, or in a video, but when you can see their every bead of sweat, their every imperfection? it hits you that these people really aren't gods. they are PEOPLE.
yeah, the curtain got stuck. but amazingly, it didn't bother me, and didnt seem to bother the band, although they were probly mortified. they just kept going.
set list as i remember it:
break away
final day
1000 oceans
love is dead
live every second
don't jump
monsoon
black
ready set go
raise your hands together
by your side
rescue me
durch den monsun
but i couldve left something out... idk, i still can't really think or process anything. my favorites were probly the slower songs, and RSG of course, but in black, bill sat at the end of the stage and sang to the people there, i can't even imagine how they felt. rescue me was beautiful, i almost cried in that one. but also the pushing just DIED during those songs. that was the best part, you could just slow down and enjoy it. and during 1000 oceans, bill looked up and waved to the people in the balcony, who were waving at him like their life depended on it. it was so sweet. i could tell the whole band strived to make eye contact with everyone they could.
yeah, the pushing was pretty bad. well, i made my way from the very back up to 2 rows from the front, so of course it was bad for me. but WORTH IT.
you know who surprised me the most, though? gustav. i've just never paid very much attention to him back there (sorry, gustav fans). but he was so sweet, singing and rocking out. and when bill or tom or georg came back to him, he'd always make these hilarious facial expressions that just cracked me up.
i got some eye contact from both bill and tom, and by the end i was 2 rows back on tom's side. he was literally 3 feet away from me during durch den monsun. i specifically remember seeing like, silver skater high tops, that matched his black shirt w/ silver writing and gray hater hat. that was pretty funny.
all in all? an amazing concert. THpitcher got tom's water bottle cap, as she undoubtably told you, and katiecakesTH got a bit of bill's towel. i didnt catch anything, though i was close. (i did get a string from bill's towel though.) but i didn't care. i was SO CLOSE to them. it was completely awe-inspiring. and now? yeah, i guess i'm sad. but it was just awesome. look at this, i'm still not coherent. i just don't even have the words. when you see them in person, you can just feel how much they love this. bill couldn't stop smiling. tom laughed so much. georg looked like he was having fun flipping around his hair. and gustav just makes me laugh. this is what they live for. and i for one feel just so happy to have seen it in person.
edit: omg, just realized i forgot to put in love is dead. sorry... still not thinking straight...
edit #2: AND i forgot monsoon!! how could i?? i am very stupid today.

Kayjay12, tha:

First off, I just want to say that this was the BEST concert yet. I was front row between Bill and Tom. The crowd in the beginning was HORRIBLE. First, there was a grown man right next to me trying to push me back. He was by himself; he wasn’t trying to get his kid up there or anything. I tried to befriend him so maybe he would just leave me alone, but he wasn’t very nice. They let us in two hours before the show started and it was so hot and uncomfortable. It was the kind of wait that made me wonder if it was even worth it.

But then the curtain fell down (well, kinda) and everything was wonderful again. It was so worth the 2 hours of people sweating all over me and pushing me into the barrier. (I don’t understand why people push forward, where do they think we’re gonna go? It won’t get them any closer.) Bill looked SO good. You all already know what they were wearing, so I won’t go too much into that, but they all looked amazing. I had a Bill moment! I had so much eye contact with Tom and Gustav, (yea, even Gustav all the way back there. ) so I was hoping to get some from Bill too because I was determined to actually hold my stare this time instead of getting flustered and looking away. So he looked at me and I was trying so hard not to look away, so I started laughing and he got this “what?” look on his face and it KILLED me, so I put my head down and looked back up and he just smiled at me and went on doing his thing.

During Black, Bill sat down and he was soo close to me. He reached out and grabbed my friend Menah’s hand! He held onto it and was singing to her and it was so adorable, I was so happy for her. Then during LES Tom did his guitar humping! He was on the other side of the stage, so I didn’t really notice at first, but then my friend grabbed me and was like LOOK AT TOM! It was so hot in person. Ooh, and I got Georg’s pick! It hit my hand and then fell right in front of the barrier, so I asked the security guard to give it to me, and he just stood there and he was like 5 dollars? So I was like sure! I finally said I’d give him 60 bucks for it and he gave it to me. I didn’t really of course, but it was funny.

Sorry my review is kind of scattered, I just wanted to get out the important parts. The guys looked so happy up there. There was one point where Bill walked back toward Gustav and Gustav like did some kind of little dance move with his drums while he was smiling at Bill. It was hilarious, and so nice to see them having fun. I’m sad that it’s over and I miss them already.

Darkndevilish, tha:

Hi all,

Phew, finally alive, awake and just about caught up on the 2875838475748383837575 pages of posts and Schnee's audio review! I think everyone's pretty much said all that can be said but I can throw my two cents in anyway, hahahahahaaaaa.

MIMAS and I got to the House of Blues just after 3pm and there was already a big line snaking in front of the building. We did try to look for THA peeps but couldn't see anyone matching any of the descriptions (sorry!) so we thought "Pfffft!" and went to find a place in the restaurant. Despite being told they were fully booked for reservations and couldn't seat us for another half hour, we were paged within ten minutes so we went in (it was virtually empty - huh??), ordered the first round of drinks and waited for the arrival of SCHNEE.

We didn't have long to wait (in case you've never met her, Schnee is much shorter and cuter than she seems on the board ) and so the three of us got to eat dinner and gossip while listening out for thumps and bumps and banging from next door that might indicate a soundcheck was happening. As I posted earlier, we were a bit disappointed that they didn't come into the restaurant after but they may have been a bit shy about coming out and saying hi. However, the lack of TH is made up for by the arrival of HALUCY, who was carrying - you've been waiting for 'em - HELMUT-UND-SKITTLE!!!!

Outside, the crowd was getting thicker and scarier so we decide to stay in the cool and safety of the restaurant, checking the forum and texts until we got news that the doors were going to open early. I think it was nearly 7 by the time we got out. We managed to get into the Pass The Line line to avoid some of the wait but we were still a long way back. The worst part was...

SECURITY. Checking for cameras. Halucy and I got pushed out of the line and told to go leave them at the store. That SUCKED.

By the time we got in, the hall was pretty full - the pit area looked solid - so we took up residence under the balcony just behind the soundboard. Thankfully the HOB is fairly compact so we had a decent view of the stage. They kept us waiting until just after 9 for the show, tweaking the curtains to tease the masses and set off screams. By the time the show started, the crowd was all the way to the back of the hall and still packed tight - it was really hot and the air conditioning was only occasional.

Then the curtain dropped. Mostly. As the boys launched into "Break Away", it became obvious that the black curtain concealing the stage had no intention of doing that at all, remaining stubbornly fastened to the rigging, so it had to be held out of the way by security (so as not to obscure the Awesome Might that is GEORG) until some poor sap from the HOB crew could scramble up into the rigging to unhook it, which was during the third song ("1000 Oceans").

THE SET: I guess one good thing about having to stand at the back is you get to appreciate the lightboard backdrop a bit more. From close up pictures and vids, it just looks like a massive, glaring bank of bulbs but from a distance, it was easier to see the helicopter for "Monsoon", the crosses and flames for "Love Is Dead" and, best of all, the video footage from the Zimmer 483 backstage DVD that rolled during "Black". As Schnee said in her review, there was a lot of screaming when you could make out a large image of a band member on the backdrop.

THE BAND: I don't need to go into clothing descriptions, do I? I can never remember details. (Schnee, were you taking NOTES????) I have to confess, Bill has such a tractor beam on me that I have to keep reminding myself to watch the others but I did make sure to check 'em out this time!! Every time I watched though, it seemed that they were all playing so damned hard that it was tough to get the sense of eye contact that the front rows do. However, it looked like the G's were having a grand old time - Gustav was thrashing and singing away and Georg was swishing and flicking his mane like it was going out of fashion and looking like Cousin It on a Bad Hair Day (he was seriously frizzed by the end of the show). Tom always seems more uptight when I watch him - it's like he's always concentrating REALLY REALLY HARD so he must only smile when I'm not looking at him. Bill was totally in his element - he looked really relaxed and happy, waving and pointing at people, sounded great, struck all the right rock-god poses, clowned around with Tom, looked fabulous in red and black and... and... (*sigh*) I think he managed to make eye contact with every person in the room at some point. Or it could be an illusion created by the panda eyeliner. But he was trying really hard.

THE BANTER: Probably no surprises in this department although it was somewhat incongruous to hear Bill yell "Are you ready to have a good time??? Great! This one is called "Love is Dead"!" And as for the "Don't Jump" intro, he can talk me off a roof any time.

THE SONGS: Everything sounded really tight. I couldn't make out any flubs. Bill's voice was on great form. Highlights for me were "Live Every Second" and "Raise Your Hands". Yes, there was guitar humpage on LES although Tom must have overdone it at SF (or on the tourbus ) because he didn't seem to be giving it his all this time!!! The Spinal-Tap sideways guitar playing was fun though. And YAY for the bullhorn on "Scream" (never seen Bill talk through it before??)! "Black" was just so haunting - I love that one so much. Bill reminded everyone about the VMAs while introducing "Ready Set Go" (GO VOTE NOW!!!!!!) What else can I say? Just... brilliant. Breathtaking. 10 out of 10. No, 12 out of 10.

THE MASCOTS: Helmut-und-Skittle had a fantastic time, headbanging to "Scream" and "Raise Your Hands" and swaying to "Monsoon", "Rescue Me" and "By Your Side". Helmut totally got eye-sexed by Bill and Skittle was insanely jealous but otherwise they were good as gold.

THE CROWD: Was effing loud but didn't give us much trouble where we were. Thankfully most of the screaming gave way to singing during the songs themselves.

THE MERCH: Um... new merch please? I got the same stuff at the Roxy for ten bucks a shirt cheaper. Save your pennies and go to Hot Topic.

RANDOM THOUGHTS ON:

Gustav - I'm glad he gets Gustav-Time at the end of each show. Our dour little drummer does not get nearly enough love.

Georg - If limbo ever becomes an Olympic sport, Georg is a lock for the German team. Srsly, can that guy bend any further backwards? Keep working it, baby!

Bill - Schnee, I think he grew another 10 feet. We're gonna have to relabel him the 60-Foot Rock-und-Roll Star. Before long, they are going to have to put Hair Clearance Guidelines on the band's venue requirements so he doesn't snag on the lighting rig.

Bill 2 - Bill totally disproves the "TH is emo" argument. BK is the happiest emo alive. Of course, happiness is an emotion too...

Tom - I never have random thoughts about Tom. Sorry, Tom. I leave that to other more capable individuals.

Helmut-und-Skittle - YOU NEED A BATH.

FINAL ANALYSIS: It was an excellent show (and a REAL SHOW in the true sense) but would it be greedy to say I had hoped for a longer set? (Only 70 minutes, including encore screaming??? Only one German song??? And no "On The Edge"??? NOOOOOOOO....) OK, maybe it's still only four months after the operation and Bill's still trying not to overdo it... I'll give them the benefit of the doubt. And of course, I am effing bummed out about the camera, especially when other people around us had managed to sneak theirs in and seemed to be getting good pics. A little consistency would have been nice, HOB Security??

THE AFTERMATH: Mimas, Schnee, Halucy and I retired to ESPN Zone for soft drinks (hey, we're driving...) and post-mortem and then spent another hour lurking in the parking lot being giddy fangirls, then I drove home with Zimmer 483 blaring at full volume, thinking "Shoot, they ARE the most brilliant band alive, why doesn't everybody get this????!!!" Have fun in Vegas, girls, wish I could go with you...

BUT WAIT, I GOT TREATZ:

However, I did not go home entirely emptyhanded. I still had the cellphone but it takes godawful pictures, especially on 2x zoom, and even worse video. The least awful pictures are up on my Flickr (apologies in advance for the quality... srsly... I only mention them because you can see some of the DVD footage scenes of Tom and Georg in a couple)

And for those of you who couldn't get into the cellcert, here's a little something for your iPods. Luckily, they didn't check ALL my pockets.

(Wow, this got way long! Sorry!, it's the Waffle in me!)

Dellara, tha:

Alright. I couldn't post anything last night because I was beat. I'm awake now.

So lots of drama. Got there are 9 am, when Downtown Disney supposedly opens, to see a bunch of girls in line. I asked one of them, "Is this the Pass the Line line? Or the general line?" She said 'general line.'

So I go sit right next to the store, the first one, and was very happy with myself. Security told me I would be the first one in. Two girls came behind me and they were supposed to be 2 and 3.

Then EVERYTHING got messed up. HoB decided they would honor that parking lot line, and after arguing with them constantly about how the line was supposed to start at 10 am and they had to right nor authority, they told me "Oh, you can line up whenever you want. We honor he number system." I said "I honor the number system, too, but I honor it when it is done OFFICIALLY by someone with AUTHORITY." she wouldn't budge. She said "If they didn't start that line, you would be number 1. I'm sorry. Now I suggest you go get your number while you can."

That's a summary of how the argument went. It was much longer.

So, I got number 95, while the girl who came at 9:30 was 94 (but I didn't get my number until after I realized that this was the stupid line they were accepting. I should've been like, 83, but whatever. It didn't matter anymore.

I sat next to these 13 year olds, and a 16 year old who looked like she was 12. They were annoying, but I was nice to them. They gave me 12 free bucks because they were bad at math. And they gave me fans.

Did I mention how BLAZING hot it was?! My GOD.

So they went down the line asking everyone, "Do you want to pass the line." of course EVERYONE did, there was no need asking. I went in and bought a t-shirt.

I came out and 100 and 96 were in front of me. I asked the chick behind me why, and she said, "that line doesn't count anymore. if you came out of the store faster, you're in front."

I thought it was bullshit.

Later, at around 4, I met BananaAna and sold her a ticket, she was very sweet. I told her what to do about pass the line and whatever, and told her to go talk to security. She offered me chips :p

I also met these two guys, like NORMAL looking guys, and asked them if they were with anyone. They said, "No, we're just fans. We've been to like, 100 concerts, we go to them all the time. We were on yahoo answers, and some girl needed someone over 18 to get her in. We don't even have numbers. (yet they ended up being right by me in the 3 row.) We are just fans of music."

I thought that was AWESOME of them.

Okay, let's just skip to the almost show.

They checked me for cameras or whatever, I didn't have one, didn't matter. They didn't question me about my age, just let me in. I think it was the heels

I walked in, it was SO much better than the Avalon before the show. SO peaceful. It got hotter like.. 30 minutes in. Other than that, great. I wish the whole concert could have been like that. At this point, I was in the third row.

There was a chick next to me, as crunkkchloee was talking about (I was standing right next to her and TBZK, resting my head on her shoulder) and she was CRAZY. She was screaming on the TOP of her lungs, she was like 40, too, and everyone was pointing to her to get her out. She was blaming the 12 year olds, calling them "f***ing little kids" behind her, that they were pushing, when it was clearly her. She was crazy. That's all I'm gonna say.

Okay, so, the curtain dropped, and I got that weird feeling again, seeing Tom. It passed in about 10 seconds.

You guys now how TH sometimes wears glasses during the show? I wanted to do it, too, just to confuse them. And it worked. Moohaha. Bill looked at me, I raised an eyebrow, he raised and eyebrow back, I laughed, and he smiled. Tom just looked at me for 5 seconds probably wondering why the hell I was wearing glasses during his show.

Break Away sounded really good, I was totally rockin aus. I loved Tom's lip syncing. There was a chick next to me who thought she was the hottest chick ever, SCREAMING Tom's name so he would look at her. I don't blame her, I did it at the Roxy show, too, she was just desperate for a glance. She probably got one later in the show. She was annoying, though.

Final day was GREAT, except for all of the jumping. I hate that. I cannot jump in heels, let alone jump being so suffocated.

1000 Meere was very sweet. I was just resting my head on TBZK's shoulder, smiling at them. So cute.

Was the next one Monsoon? I think so. It was very, cool, too. I loved the overdrive at the end. I pointed to Bill and I think he pointed back. I'm not positive, though. It could've been the person behind me.

Live Every Second was fun :) Tom's humpage was lethal. I knew he would fullblown hump his guitar, and I was right.

There was one point in the concert, I don't know if anyone else caught it, but Tom SLOWLY dragged his tongue from the right corner of his uppwe lip to the left. Like SLOWLY. I nearly DIED. DIEDIEDIEIDEIDIED.

There was also a point when Bill just licked his top teeth, which also made my heart fly. Hehe.

Okay, so by the middlish end of the concert, I decided the pushing was way too much and way unnecessary. I went back to the 10th row, where I could BREATHE, and I also had a great veiw. And a couple rows behind the throwing area, but I still got DRENCHED with Tom's water at the end. I'm not gonna lie, I licked up as much as I could.

Gah, I honestly can't remember the rest of the setlist, but I think it was one of the most mature concerts for ME. I was there for the music, and I saw them as 4 boys I was so fond of for some reason. I was proud of them. I could feel my obession dying down by the second, though, and that hurt me.

I never forget By Your Side, though. At all the concerts I've been, it always hits me, but this one hit me so hard. I didn't cry, though, but I think inside I was. If I closed my eyes it felt like Bill was singing to me.

Rescue Me was very touching, too, for me, because I mentally eliminated everyone I could out of the crowd, and I was singing with Bill in the same room. I was harmonizing with him, and I felt like we were singing a duet. I loved it.

DDM was awesome. Singing along in German felt so good. Sososososo good.

The concert ended, I ran out, and I got a text from Schnee, AFTER I was out of the building, to meet her at the TH merch counter. I was SO sad I didn't get the text earlier. I wanted to meet her so bad :(

We will, one day, Schnee!!!!! Just don't die! Old people tend to do that
